Chapter 7-Income Tax

Let me say right up front, I am not a lawyer; and this section is not meant to give you legal advice.  Your decisions are between you, your God, and your lawyer.  The information presented here is for educational purposes only; and it is provided to help you understand the intricacies regarding Federal Income Taxes.

What I wish to impart to you in this chapter is some history, some court cases, and some IRS code, which operates the tax machine.  I will also include writings from former presidents and our founding fathers concerning the income tax.  It is my position that the income tax laws, as written today, are valid and 100% constitutional.  It is my contention that in violation of the constitution, the government has overstepped its bounds in the implementation of the tax laws on its’ citizens who otherwise would not be liable for such taxes and they are being forced to pay such taxes under the threat of arms, the loss of freedom, and the confiscation of property outside of the rules set by the Constitution.

President Andrew Jackson said:

“Congress has no right under the Constitution to take money from the people unless it is equipped to execute some one of the specific powers entrusted to the government…and in such a case it is unquestionably the duty of the government to reduce them, for no circumstances can justify it in assuming a power not given to it by the Constitution nor taking away the money of the people when it is not needed for the legitimate wants of the government.” (Emphasis added.)
